3 Ways to make any good habit stick (that actually works)

My life is the sum of all your choices. There are three steps that work to create a habit and keep it up.

1. Take risks.

People make the most common mistake when they try to create new habits. People make the biggest mistake when trying to create new habits. If you are too ambitious, it is likely that it will continue.

2. You Will Fail, Plan For It

This is the key: You can’t stop implementing your new habit for more than two consecutive days. It is not possible to stop following your new habit for more than two days.

3. Use your existing habits to your advantage

People complain that they don’t have enough time to develop new habits.
