The Moonshot Method – Easy, Stretch, Moonshot

ESM is for Easy, Stretch and Moonshot. This means that there are three ways to achieve a goal in your life. There are three versions of a goal: Ease, stretch, and moonshot. The easiest version is easy. But, it is not always the most effective. Instead, they use a BMI calculator to determine how overweight they actually are. The goal would be based on that. If I achieve that goal, I would set three goals.

A stretch goal will help you be more prepared. Are you going on holiday or school holidays? If so, you should choose a month where you work, your children are at school, and your mind is usually busy with other tasks. This will help to stick to your goals.

The Moonshot Target & Its Objective

You will be amazed at the moonshot target. I asked you how much you think you could earn each day. This includes taxes and insurance. The average person makes $100 per day, which includes their salary from work. Your perception of your stretch goals will change and it will be easy to see that your easy goal is possible.

It’s clear that you are opening your mind, not closing it.

You can open your mind

Our brains are wired to resist change when we set goals. Our brains are wired for resistance so we tend to lower our goals. This will open you up to new possibilities.

Here’s an example: Your goal is to publish a book within one year. If the book is not working, you can tell your brain to stop thinking about it. It doesn’t have to solve any problems. Your mind will say “Okay.” This is about 300 words per day, or 20 minutes each morning. This is about 300 words per day, or 20 minutes each day. The mind is open to new possibilities and can find solutions.
